Maxwell Minor

His older brother was a notorious rock star who suffered a
Hideous Fate that Maxwell both envies and fears emulating. Maxwell minor is
languid, bitchy, obsessed with music, cleverer than most, something of an anarchist
politically and contrives to cause a lot of trouble within the LCPS while making sure that
he never gets whacked for any of it. He has moments of savage death-or-glory
machismo when he seduces pretty girls and does unspeakable things to them.
but much of the time he is content to watch. Only sneaking out of the shadows
to seize upon and corrupt any promising juvenile pretty boys.
